Product Version = NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201307162300)
Operating System = Linux version 3.8.0-27-generic running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.7.0_25
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 23.25-b01

Looks like in a latest build paddings were increased for some reason in a Dark Nimbus theme, so performance numbers just don't fit in if you are using 'small icons' feature (it's ok for standart GTK and looks ok in a Dark Metal).

This isn't related to Dark Nimbus theme, the insets are too large in plain Nimbus l&f as well.
