[ BUILD # : 201307092200 ] [ JDK VERSION : 1.7.0_25 ] I've noticed that sometimes when I start NetBeans (7.4 beta in this instance), that the popup notification at the bottom of the screen is sometimes displayed so that the left side is cut off and not shown. This can be seen in the attached screenshot. The left hand side of the popup does not display outside of the NetBeans frame, so the consequence is that the left hand side of the notification is not shown.
Created attachment 137152 [details] Popup displays off screen
The strange thing is the popup is displayed almost on a center bottom of the NB window while it should be right on top of the notification icon at right bottom corner of the window. Did you e.g. resized the NB window after the popup showed up? Or is the popup "misplaced" from the beginning?
As the matter of the width of the popup, I need to know what notification is that (I'm not able to determine that from the screenshot since the left part is missing :-)) to say if it can be resolved on Notification framework side. Please reopen as soon as the info is provided. Thanks for reporting.
Hi. I didn't resize the window at all, I just opened NetBeans and waited for the message to appear, so the popup is misplaced from the beginning. If I go full screen, I can see the text of the popup reads: "Build trunk Run priming build in /Users/david/Development/java/3rdparty/tomee/tomee/trunk" I've reopened the bug as requested :)
Can you please attach a screenshot of the whole notification? Or just select the notification in Notifications window to see details panel and send that. Thanks
please reopen ASA the requested information is provided. Thanks
