Under the Libraries folder, Metal L&F folder icons show when using Windows native L&F.

It's a JDK problem reproducible with a plain JFileChooser in e.g. SwingSet demo app.

The only problem is with Libraries children nodes when starting from 'Desktop' in 'Look in' combo box.
