Product Version = NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201307032300)
Operating System = Windows 7 version 6.1 running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.7.0_21
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 23.21-b01

I don't know the cause of the problem.
Just noticed after two or three hours working with JSP edit, started to popup this error:

java.io.IOException: Server returned HTTP response code: 418 for URL: http://realtime.services.disqus.com/api/2/thread/722504199?bust=31

If you haven't opened some URL in embedded browser, it could be caused by 229689
