1. Install NetBeans and C/C++ plugin.
2. View Tools>>Options>>C/C++ and the Apply Button is activated.
3. Press Apply Button and it stays activated.

Expected: Apply Button is not activated after clicking it.

Workaround: View other Option menu item, close Options and reopen it.

If NetBeans is restarted, the same behavior occurs.
