Message given after plugin update

I've updated my Netbeans (running latest builds) with new plugins, and after upgrade done I'm unable to start Netbeans due to modules not being available:
HTML5 Kit
Java EE Base
and 3 other modules.

I'm given the option to either "Disable Modules and continue" or Exit. If I exit, the same message is given the next time I open Netbeans.

If I try to enable Java EE base after Netbeans has started it complains about failing activation of org-netbeans-modules-web-kit.jar

Please attach your IDE log and reopen, thanks.
