Created attachment 135393 [details] Sample image I have problems that sometimes the 'Generated Sources' are not correctly visible (broken) as you can see in the attached image. I have no idea why it happened, but I was doing a lot of 'clean install', both inside the IDE as well in the console. the workaround is really annoying, I need to restart the IDE.

you appear to have 2 generated source roots target/generated-sources/com and target/generated-sources/br are these related? do you have a sample project to reproduce the issue? does calling "reload POM" fix the problem? without a reproduction scenario there is very little I can do unfortunately. I haven't received similar reports for a long time and building outside of the the IDE indicates that the native fs listening could be at play.

Yes, we have some generated sources roots where some libraries generates some stuff but it is not supposed to be a problem or is it? > do you have a sample project to reproduce the issue? Not yet, it is kind of random. > does calling "reload POM" fix the problem? I haven't tried it, I forgot about this action :( I will keep looking for more details and as soon as I have some reproducible scenario I will describe it better.
