when trying to create a new project and there is another maven open and not
completed loading the maven repositories

please see http://wiki.netbeans.org/DevFaqFileBug on how to file bug reports. There is nothing I can do with the current description. 

closing as invalid, please reopen with more details, steps to reproduce etc.
