error while starting netbeans

my netbeans is getting blocked after some time.Also it shows error of out of memory : heap space.
n whenever i copy paste code from one java file into another,then it shows pop up window to include certain packages which have already been include.
I want to solve this problem as soon as possible without modifying my project.
My project is in jsp and jade
pllzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz help me out

1) what version of NetBeans + JDK?
2) please follow rule "one issue per one problem"

if you are using NetBeans 7.3 (as version you selected indicates), please upgrade to NetBeans 7.3 and check if your issue is still reproducible. If so, please reopen this issue. Thanks in advance.
