tried three times .. it got stuck at 35% each time ... see attached log file, contains thread-dump at the time of freeze

It seems that execution of the command: /local/netbeans/trunk/netbeans-dev-201304292301/bin/netbeans  -J-Dnetbeans.close=true --nosplash -J-Dorg.netbeans.core.WindowSystem.show=false -J-Dplugin.manager.install.global=true --userdir /tmp/tmpnb --modules --install ".*junit.*" --update-all didn't end.

The installer 201304292301 works for me. Marian, could you reproduce it again? Please try to install it without installing JUnit libraries nor Check for Updates. Thanks

I can't reproduce it anymore (now out of OWAN) ... I think it has something to do with proxy
