We tested exactly the same scenario with Jiri (added into cc list) today when we were trying to reproduce another bug. There was only 1 warning that NetBeans must run as Administrator.
Reproducible with steps: - Run NetBeans in Windows as regular user. (not as Admin) - Right click GlassFish Server 3+ Node in Services Window and choose "View Domain Update Center". - click OK to dismiss the warning - right-click again and choose "View Domain Update Center". - 2 Warning dialogs pop up instead of 1.
Yep, Step 3 should have said "click OK and repeat Step 2" in my procedure.
