Full thread dump taken during IDE was downloading CVS plugin.

NetBeans 7.3 RC1 #201301240957, Linux Mint 12, JDK 7 Update 11

I started the build with fresh userdir, accepted license terms, ignored import of 7.2.1 settings and opened my MemoryView Ant based project. IDE warned me about missing JUnit plugin, so I resolved this problem. IDE also suggested to download CVS plugin, but the download stopped at 41% and now is progressing by 1% per several minutes. I cannot Cancel the dialog, IDE is not responsive. I am attaching full thread dump.

Update: I tried to reproduce it and the download got stuck again at 51% but this time IDE was not locked so I could at least push "Cancel" button.

I do not have such a problem with freshly installed NB 7.3 rc1. Can you please try again? For me the CVS support is downloaded and installed without any problem. 
I cannot find any deadlock in the thread dump, plugin manager is simply waiting for the server (update center) to respond, but the UI should be responsive. This leads me to suspicion there are/were some connection issues in your case. Please try again and also try to install the CVS normally via Tools -> Plugins...

I cannot reproduce it either. If you don't know what to do with the bug based on the FTD, just close it as WORKSFORME.
