Update to 1.3.3 of JavaFX 2 Scene Builder results in unusable IDE reporting missing .DLL file.

Updating th 1.3.3 of the above component results in an unusable IDE reporting a missing DLL on my 64-bit platform.

Windows 8 launcher issue. Please use workaround described at
http://netbeans.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=219008#c2
