Operating System = Windows 7 version 6.1 running on x86
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.7.0_10
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 23.6-b04

When coding on any script format the 'Add Comment' and 'Remove Comment' buttons on the tool bar do not work.
