Steps: Create new netbeans application (with no modules) -> profile -> analyze performance, sampled, profile only project classes -> jdk classes are shown in live results (it should be empty, as there are no project classes...)

Removed 'Profile only project classes' filter for NetBeans module suites.

Fixed by http://hg.netbeans.org/profiler-main/rev/4ada06bf6bc4.

Integrated into 'main-golden', will be available in build *201211300001* on http://bits.netbeans.org/dev/nightly/ (upload may still be in progress)
