There is a blinking cursor at the bottom of new project wizard - at the place where the error message will be displayed if there is some error in project name.
It seems strange that something is blinking in the blank panel space...

Steps: create ie. new maven web project -> if there is no blinking cursor at the bottom, than just click there or press tab from the lowermost textfield.
