Runtime: Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 1.7.0_05-b06
System: Windows 7 version 6.1 running on amd64; Cp1252; en_US (nb)

Monitor LED wide 20", the popup begins with Safely delete, so above options are truncated

screen resolution: 1600x900, it is second monitor, on my notebook  with resolution 1366x768 popup looks ok.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
