Product Version = NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201211020001)
Operating System = Windows 7 version 6.1 running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.7.0_09
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 23.5-b02

In my netbeans.conf file I do use "--locale en:US", since I do prefer IDE running in english than in Portuguese Brazilian.
Nevertheless, the "Services" panel always show "Serviços", which is wrong.

my netbeans.conf contains the following:

netbeans_default_options="--locale en:US -J-client -J-XX:+UseParNewGC -J-XX:+UseConcMarkSweepGC -J-Xss2m -J-Xms32m -J-XX:PermSize=96m -J-XX:MaxPermSize=600m -J-Dnetbeans.logger.console=true -J-ea -J-Dapple.laf.useScreenMenuBar=true -J-Dapple.awt.graphics.UseQuartz=true -J-Dsun.java2d.noddraw=true -J-Dsun.zip.disableMemoryMapping=true -J-Dsun.awt.disableMixing=true -J-Dnetbeans.extbrowser.manual_chrome_plugin_install=yes"


Everything is in english (as expected), except "Services" panel title, which shows "Serviços".

Thank you for filing issue. I understand this is a dup issue of bug 200730.

Workaround: please remove <userdir>/config/Windows2Local and restart NetBeans.
