Product Version = NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201210310001)
Operating System = Windows 7 version 6.1 running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.7.0_09
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 23.5-b02

(I just verified a problem I faced the whole day at office)

1. start web app in debug mode (will start GF too) 
--> messagebox: attach debugger to port 9009
2. Stop app and restart
3. stop GF
4. Start app
--> messagebox: GF start fails
Re-starting IDE wont solve this problem

(annoying) workaround: delete user dir and you're able to start GF again (one time only)
(ok, this is no real workaround, thus I set to P1 instead of P2)

important: start app 
if you start server only you're ablke to re-start it

maybe this is caused by bug 221106?

I think it's dup. of issue 221075
