If you report a reopened issue from exception reporter, the message says:

"This bug was already resolved." 

Product Version = NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 20121029-fd589890cba1)
Operating System = Windows 7 version 6.1 running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.7.0_07
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 23.3-b01

do we check live bug at this case or local snapshot (done once a day) ?

We are getting real time data; However, we had a problem witch caching, which was fixed in Dec 2012;

So this should not happen anymore now. Please reopen if I'm wrong.
