I wanted to see the javac serialization warning in my file, so enabled it in tools->options->editor->hints, but when i returned to my file i saw no warning, i closed the file and opened it again and warning appeared.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
