Open the new project wizard from the main menu at File > New Project...
    Select the NetBeans Modules category and choose the Module project type.
    Click Next.
    Type an invalid project name using forbidden characters such as \/:*?">|.
    Click Next. 

    EXPECTED RESULT: The wizard stays on the same page, and an error message is displayed on the dialog.
