Don't know if anyone has filed this yet, if so someone marks this as a
duplicate, atleast I didn't find anything when searching.

Cutting and pasting is very slow, taking 1-1.5 seconds sometimes to insert a
block of about 100-150 chars.
This is a regression since earlier versions didn't have this problem.
Also there is the case of cutting/pasting to/from other windows that does not
work at all.

It was fixed in Bug report #218370
