When the text cursor is on a close brace and the matching open brace is not visible in the editor view, the matching brace tooltip shows its line. Then I scroll the editor view using the mouse wheel to see the open brace, and the matching brace tooltip stays visible. It should be hidden.

Similarly, when the text cursor is on a close brace and the matching open brace is visible in the editor view, the matching brace tooltip is not visible. Then I scroll the editor view using the mouse wheel so that the open brace is no longer visible, the matching brace tooltip does not appear.
