I use two monitors, and frankly, Netbeans really suck at this. (I know support
has only recently arrived with jdk 1.4)
There is multiple errors two of the most obvious:
1 - When maximizing windows, they extend beyond the monitor their contained in.
2 - When placing Main window in second display and selecting a menu item, the
menu    is placed wrong (too much to the left).

There should be all kinds of stuff in which the user can decide which windows
are placed where and all kinds of other stuff I haven't thought of...
