Build: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build nbms-and-javadoc-9261-on-20120426)
VM: Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM, 20.1-b02, Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment, 1.6.0_26-b03
OS: Windows XP

User Comments:
epdv: After installing latest 72 updates, restarting with accepting license. Restarted NetBeans again, had to accept license a second time, exception still pops up.

Seems to be related to storage of license accepting status.
