If there are 3 rows of tabs and I highlight a tab on the bottom row, the tab is highlighted in a light blue. If I move up to the center of the next tab with the mouse cursor, the lower tab stays blue and the tab above it does not highlight. If I move up all the way to the top it will highlight. The next tab up in the top row may exhibit the same behavior. Selection of the tab works correctly when clicked even if it is not highlighted in blue.
