when remove old .netbeans/dev folder, it startup.

if there is no problem with starting up after you removed .netbeans/dev, then this is probably not an issue as such. During the development cycle the data format inside /dev can change and cause problems with newer development builds. These problems should not appear with production NB releases, but development builds is a different story. Also, sometimes the data can get corrupted by other causes. At any rate, it would be an issue if you had problems starting NetBeans from fresh install with no previous development artifacts left over. I assume the problem was caused by the corrupted artifacts in .netbeans/dev, so I am closing this issue now. Please reopen in case you observe the same problem after clean-up of .netbeans/dev.
