Description Michel Graciano 2012-04-10 13:42:23 UTC
[ BUILD # : 007e0159393b ]
[ JDK VERSION : 1.6.31 ]

To reproduce the issue:
1. Keep just the Navigator minimized at right border of the IDE
2. Open at least two Java sources for edition;
3. Now switch between both of this sources and you will see that the right
border keep resizing to a smaller sizer and go back to usual size after a short
while. It happens because the icon for busy top components is smaller the usual
icons.

This behaviour is really uncomfortable.
