The help ids for each of the NetBeans Modules samples in the new project wizard should be disabled. Currently all the help ids are enabled, but only one id actually maps to a help topic. To make the new project wizard more consistent, the ids should be disabled and the current topic for the feed reader sample removed.

Some of the sample descriptions contain links to tutorials in the description, some do not though they mention that there is a tutorial. Would be good to make this consistent where possible, eg, in the case of the feed reader sample.
