Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a file with text (I have tested with java and sql files);
2. Select a word at the text;
3. Hit Ctrl + F (The search options are opened at the file bottom border)
4. Hit enter to try the search;

The result is that the search text field is cleared (looks like the previous
value is setted quickly before it is cleared). The workaround is to move the
cursor to the left before hit enter.
