Server log

Deployment failed. The message was: com.sun.tools.attach.AttachNotSupportedException: Unable to attach to 64-bit process
The module has not been deployed.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create Maven Web Project and set WebLogic 12.1.1 as an application server
2. Go to project properties and set context path to some non-empty value 
3. Run application --> exception occurs


Btw: I tried to create and run Ant based project and similar exception has been thrown:

Deployment failed. The message was: com.sun.tools.attach.AttachNotSupportedException: Unable to attach to 64-bit process
C:\Users\mjanicek\AppData\Local\Temp\WebApplication4\nbproject\build-impl.xml:721: The module has not been deployed.

Most probably related to x64 Windows only. I'm also attaching server log.

Martine, can you also attach the full server log. I guess it should be under domain/servers/AdminServer/logs.

Issue is quite strange might be an WL issue.

This really looks like some problem in WL. Unfortunatelly I can't reproduce. Martine would it be possible to deploy the app manually? The following command illustrates what NB invokes (just use the proper paths). The project has to be built.

/path/to/default/java/nb/is/using/java -cp /path/to/wl_server/server/lib/weblogic.jar weblogic.Deployer -adminurl t3://localhost:7001 -username weblogic -password welcome1 -deploy -nostage -name com.mycompany_mavenproject1-ear_ear_1.0-SNAPSHOT -source /home/you/NetBeansProjects/mavenproject1/mavenproject1-ear/target/mavenproject1-ear-1.0-SNAPSHOT

In case you'll be able to reproduce it this way we can file an WL issue.
