Product Version = NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201110180600)
Operating System = Windows 7 version 6.1 running on x86
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.7.0
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 21.0-b17

I just installed some updates (running in background) but the restart icon didn't appear. I reported this recently and it was found to be due to a regression.
