Description MackSix 2011-10-18 06:45:30 UTC
1) Open up a Java source file.
2) Choose Edit>>Find from the menu bar with the mouse.
3) Choose Edit>>Replace from the menu bar with the mouse.

The Replace Bar at bottom of source file does not open.

Expected result: Replace bar opens at bottom of source file.

If one opens Replace bar first and then Edit>>Find from menu bar with the mouse, then the Find bar will not open.

Workaround: Use Ctrl+F and Ctrl+H to open Find and Replace bars.

Edit>>Replace works only when focus is in Editor. You change focus if you use action Edit>>Find.

So there is workaround with focus and also shortcuts, which are especially added to find bar implementation.

priority to P4
