If i update the project settings about right margin, the opened file is not
repainted.

Could you check if you have a language-specific right margin in the project settings? I had a similar problem and that was the cause.

Have you used value between 0 and 200?
Is the text long at least as your value?

Ok, I need to be more clear for sure :)
I can reproduce it just for Free Form projects. When tested with Java Projects, it works as expected.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
