If you add cloud instance, open Jobs and Logs calling "View Jobs and Logs" popup menu on instance node and remove cloud instance the jobs and logs TopComponent stays opened.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
