Use-case:

1. Install NetBeans 7.1 beta
2. Download and unpack demo application: http://netbeans.org/projects/samples/downloads/download/Samples%252FJavaEE%252FSimpleEE6App.zip
3. Open project in NetBeans
4. NetBeans will complain regarding missing JUnit libraries
5. Resolve issue by downloading JUnit
6. Resolve button is still visible - even though message says the issue was solved

Cancel button implies that we haven't finished yet.
