Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201109132156)
Java: 1.7.0; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 21.0-b17
System: Linux version 2.6.38-11-generic running on i386; UTF-8; en_US (nb)
User directory: /home/debuggercz/.netbeans/dev
Cache directory: /home/debuggercz/.netbeans/dev/var/cache

Steps:
1. In services view perform "Add Server..." action on Servers node
2. Select "GlassFish Server 3.x" and click Next
3. Check the license check box
4. Click now enabled "Download Now..." button
5. Choose "GlassFish Server 3.1" in opened Select dialog and click OK
6. Wait until GlassFish is installed and click Next

There should be checkbox "Use default ports" but doesn't. It shows up when we expand the windows. 
This happen only on the Linux. In Windows systems is checkbox on the right place.

it also appears in the right place on mac os...

can you attach a screen shot of what you are seeing?

The checkbox appears on all my systems... though I do not have  Linux box.

This layout related bug is duplicate for 217961. I already did some attempts to modify layout but there is still some issue on some OSes.
I will redesign wizards in 7.4 to finally resolve all those layout related problems.
