There is a wrong message "Data object modified" when closing modified ejb-jar.xml. To reproduce:

- open ejb project
- open ejb-jar.xml
- modify e.g. display name
- close the file and message "Data object modified" appears. If you click Discard button, it appears correct message "File ejb-jar.xml is modified. Save it?".
