- On Windows 7 when I right-click netbeans icon in taskbar there is no "Pin this program to taskbar" item. It is expected for this menu item to exist in this menu as for any other program. - When I select its icon in Programs menu and click "Pin to taskbar" and run netbeans using it, I get another button on the taskbar. It is expected that icon will grow into button as all other apps do. This is regression, as everything worked fine with NetBeans 6.9.1.
We just tried 7.0.1 dev version (http://smetiste.czech.sun.com/builds/netbeans/7.0.1/daily/latest/) and it worked as expected. Can you reproduce with this version or is it specific only to 7.0? Anyway, IMHO this is not an installer but a launcher issue.

Thanks
Seems to be fixed in NB 7.0.1
Reproduced again with NetBeans 7.1 and clean Windows 7 system (recently installed).
