Create sample APP with remote host AAA
close IDE and clean userdir
run IDE and open APP => notification about needs of connect appears
connect using suggestion from balloon
=> in Services host is not initialized toolchains

If instead of connecting through balloon connect directly in Services => toolchain is initialized correctly
