7.0 FCS + staging UC with patch1
----------------------------
- register UC with patch in plugin manager
- in update panel, hit Update button
- check "run in background"
- when updates are downloaded, progress bar disappears and no dialog that restart to complete update is required pops out.

hmm, cannot reproduce reliably, this time it seems there's a bubble announcing required restart.

Saw that on JDK6u25 x64, Ubuntu 10.10 x64 while upgrading 7.0 to Patch 1 (saw once from two attempts) ... also quiet reproducible when running on JDK 7 (b143) - running twice and saw that twice.

1. I just tried to upgrade 7.0fcs to the staging catalog. Note to restart appeared properly.

2. Even if it would not appear, it is not P2.

tried to reproduce once again on 7.0 jdk7, but without success :(
