I startet the installation 2h 34 minutes ago and it has completed only 29% so far.

It is the german version (All) for Windows.

Try to disable all antivirus features if you have one installed

I have tried to install netbeans on my 32 bit xp laptop,It was dead slow,It took me 5 hours to install on my system,And I don't have any antivirus/firewall installed in my system.

i dont have another antivirus
