To reproduce:

1. Start NetBeans 7.0 M2
2. Choose: NetBeans -> Preferences

(NOTE! We are choosing Preferences while Dialog title states that we have opened "Options")

3. Choose tab: Editor - dialog is to small to contain all the data (screen_1.png)
4. Choose tab: Miscellaneous - dialog is to small to contain all the data (screen_2.png)

The menu item is normally "Options"; this is overridden by the applemenu on Macs, but I guess without rebranding the dialog title as well.
