What i get on linux (even with a solaris installation package) is:

システムで JVM を検索しています...

インストーラウィザードを実行中...

I honestly don't have an idea what's the reason for your wrong behavior. I don't even have a japanese solaris to test this. Could you at least run the installer with '--verbose --output out.txt' and attach the out.txt?
