Description esmithbss 2010-11-28 06:08:52 UTC
Product Version = NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201011250001)
Operating System = Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.6.0_20
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 16.3-b01

When editing an XML/XSD file, if the code completion dialog fires late (i.e. once the value has been completely entered by the developer), then you cannot step out of the code completion system by typing the ending quotation marks for the enumeration string being completed. You must hit the <ESC> key.

The user should be able to type the double quote mark (") to complete the code completion at this point.

Report from old NetBeans version. Due to code changes since it was reported likely not reproducible now. Feel free to reopen if happens in 8.0.2 or 8.1.
