In the projects tree, I right-click on the a file "abc.xhtml" and in the drop-down menu I select "Refactor">"Rename...".
In the appearing window for "New Name" the current name "abc" should be initially shown.

a regression of pgebauer's dc2765e89356 (issue 189973), fixed in web-main#a06b08e6348c
