Product Version = NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201011210001)
Operating System = Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.6.0_20
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 16.3-b01

When launching a newly installed (clean-userdir) is showing the highlighted tutorial link, but the picture is not centered and the text is not wrapped.  (See screenshot)

no, it's not. it's been fixed in february 2011, see core-main 477b8befb172
