[ JDK VERSION : 1.6.22 ]

from edit menu, select "replace in projects"
enter string and replacement string, hit enter
operation completes, but status bar stuck, says:  "Replacing... 93%"

I am not able to reproduce. Is your project big? How many replacements did you do? How long did it take?
