After renaming a web application project with option "Also rename project folder" selected, the right-button menu on project has some options (Build, Clean, Run, Rename, etc..) are disabled while they are accessible in Menu bar. In order to get them enabled again, you have to close the project (right-button menu : Close 2 Projects --> why there are 2 projects here ??) and open it again.
